How fast do I get it back?
Within 72 hours of receiving your documents. Tell us your planned submission date when you send the file.
My file is not finished. Can you still review it?
Yes. Send what you have and we flag what is missing too. If you have not started, the free guides put the steps in order.
Do you guarantee my visa is approved?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. No one can guarantee a decision. The check is there so the file you submit has fewer problems in it.
Are my documents kept private?
Your documents are personal data. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle what you send us and your rights over it. Ask us before you send your file if anything is unclear.
