Can you guarantee I find a home?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We make sure your file is presented properly and argued for, that no agency is left unanswered and that you know where every lead stands.
I have not moved yet. Does it make sense to start now?
Yes. The home search, the bank appointment and the paperwork take weeks to line up, and starting before you land turns your first week into viewings and signatures.
What about my visa application?
Your assistant helps you gather and organize documents. The visa file itself is checked by the visa dossier check.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. It is practical, hands-on help. When you need a lawyer or an accountant, we say so.
How are my documents handled?
Anything sensitive should go through a private channel rather than ordinary email. We tell you how when you start. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle personal data.
How do I stop?
You keep the service until the end of the period you paid for. We explain how to stop in the reply to your request.
